This was an incredible project and one I’m very proud to say I was involved in. The client was 18 different holiday apartment properties based in Byron Bay and the surrounding areas. The brief was very simple, create a new website that showcased each property in an engaging manner and generate sales.

The challenge was immense. There are a number of conventional ways in which these objectives can be achieved but we felt it was essential that the site had a real point of difference and engaged the audience allowing them to become familar with the area and everything it had to offer.

A Google API was integrated so users could select a property displayed on a map on the right hand side of the screen which linked directly to a list of propeties on the left. Photos, text and key features could be viewed for each property as well as the ability make contact via email and visit the website.

The site is supported by our easy to use online management tool enabling all property details - text and photos as well as map details and additonal content to be update simply and efficiently.

Idealhomewares

The challenge was how to develop an ecommerce site that contained a large number of homewares products ensuring users are able to find what they want as quickly as possible.

Having reviewed the objectives we defined and implemented a clear plan of action. Given the large number of sub categories and products, addressing the site structure and the way in which users navigate through it was key. A great of deal of emphasis was placed on displaying product information as efficiently and simply as possible.

Our simple and easy to use online interface ensures our client has full control of all inventory and products, orders and content.

Our search engine Optimisation team have started their campaign which is already yeilding good results with certain key words/phrases already generating page one rankings.

We’re very pleased with the end result which has achieved our clients objectives. Once again I’m proud of all our hard work and dedication in producing another great website.

Beachside

My clients were a group of 4 holiday apartment properties located in beautiful Byron Bay. I visited Byron to meet the clients and understand their requirements. Given the nature of the proposition and the extremely competitve marketplace it was essential the site was visually stunning with photos playing a key role in bringing the location and the properties to life.

We delivered a website that allows users to perform a range of functions i.e. search for and view apartments photos, details and key features, view apartment availability and book online. The site was supported by our online admin tool which has transformed the businesses allowing them more time and flexibility to run their business.

Byron Bay and US client

I’m currently working with a group of properties in Byron Bay to redevelop their existing website, create a point of difference in a very competitive marketplace and raise their profile online .

I also recently picked up a client based in New York, USA who offer luxury vacations to a niche audience.

Byron Bay - we’re currently in the design phase and have come up with an innovative idea to give the group a real point of difference it involves integrating a Google API which delivers real integration. I’ve also produced copy for 17 properties which will be listed on the new website which was an interesting and challenging experience.

Bevilles the Jewellers

I’ve been working with Bevilles the jewellers for the last 3 months project managing the redvelopment of their website. I was tasked with managing the incumbent design and technology companies to create a new look and feel which more accurately reflected the brand and to make recommendations on the site structure and content.

The project is progressing very well, the design has been signed off and we’re now into development and implementation. The plan is for the site to go live in January and to support the launch I’ve suggested an SEO exercise to significantly improve Bevilles being seen in organic search results and to undertake tactical search engine marketing campaigns and key times of the year. I’ll keep you updated on the progress and when the site is going live.

ARC Australia

I knew nothing about coffee before this project, I certainly couldn’t tell an Arabica bean from a Santos. Having spent time with my client and people within the industry I gained a sense of how much passion they have for coffee and its importance in their lives

I therefore wanted to replicate this passion online through the use of imagery and featuring the product as much as possible. I felt it was crucial that users had a real insight into ARC’s business and the site became a valuable resource and destination for the industry. There’s also a value add for ARC customers who can securely view their orders status online.

The site was supported by our online admin tool providing ARC with complete freedom to update all website content easily and efficiently.

I recently picked up some new business: an ecommerce project and a website offering users a range of holiday apartments to rent in Byron.

Ecommerce project - My client is launching a shopping site offering customers a broad range of homewares. We’ll be designing and building the site featuring a shopping cart we’ve developed supported by an online administration tool enabling the client to manage all aspects of the website.

Holiday apartments in Byron - As always my goal is to deliver a stunning website, utlising our experience and expertise to create a real point of difference that positions the brand as a market leader in its field.

Barbara a highly regarded Emeritus Professor was a great to work with. She gave me a real sense of who she was and the requirements for her site.

Having spent time with her I wanted to create a site with a warm and friendly look and feel that reflected her personality. We delivered a sophisticated and clean design aesthetic whilst at the same time creating an individuality that reflected Barbara and the unique nature of her work.

Hip House

This was one of my favourite projects to work on! The Hip House team gave us free reign to work with their characters to create a funky environment which would engage and interact with their target market, 6-13 year old girls.In a fiercely competitive marketplace we had to pull out all the stops and deliver a website that was fun and exciting featuring loads of games, competitions, features, downloads and showcase their portfolio of merchandise.

This site combines flash animation with practical content management.
